By using Parent Check you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Parent Check gives you and your partner shared checklists for pregnancy and your baby's first year, including starter lists you can change. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Not medical advice

The lists and suggestions in Parent Check are general information to help you get organized. They are not medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your doctor, midwife, pediatrician or other qualified professional, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.
When you invite someone, they can see and change your family's lists. Only invite people you trust.
You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Your content

The lists and items you create are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app works for you and your partner. If you choose to send an addition or correction to our team, you let us use it to improve the starter lists for everyone.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Parent Check — for example, by trying to access other families' data, disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

Product links take you to other sites, like Amazon. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their products, prices or policies. Some links may be affiliate links.

No warranty

Parent Check is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Ending use

You can stop using Parent Check at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app.
